mainly we are providing service in this company.
i have been outsourced to STC for 2 years while this period.
our main customer is STC. we are working as the subcontractor for the MPLS core network and IGW network in STC.
providing them instillation; racking and stacking in all sites and exchange.
was working as the network operation engineer for the Agency to monitor; manage and troubleshooting the network in the agency.
i were managing network covering the main office and 48 remote branches arround the kingdom.
i were leading the technical and design team in the company to provide the design to the customers according to the RFCs.
Providing all support to customer after sales.
providing support to customer to improve the design while RFC preparation.
this is the exclusive Cisco distributor in egypt.
my role was in the Srcvice center and support to customer to install the project.
i achieved more than 10 big project while this period with Banks and petrolium companies.
network engineer in the Bank; working in project in the bank to migrate all the banking application over IP network.
we upgrade the Bank network using cisco routers in the main branches and more than 60 branch arround egypt
