Maintained all branches and head offices power supplies UPS (uninterrupted power supplies) and managing third parties contacts. Managed all ATM more than 1000 ATMs network infrastructure. Managed encryption project for WAN of ANB.

- Managed a team of ten professional IT technical support engineers to deliver parties applications support. Liaised with consultants and vendors to resolve ANB technical issues, like Microsoft, FAMAS encore, MacAfee, IBM, HP, ITS and others.

- Managed and administered email (messaging) system. Managed a project to migrate email system for more than 400 users kingdom wide. In addition, managed HO users' accounts. Moreover, worked as project manager in Year 2000 project to manage Microsoft and other third parties applications certification of Y2K.
