•Coordinating with commercial & promotion depts. To finalize their annual plan for all activities to come up with the final master plan based on their feedback
•Responsible for all ongoing flyers & catalogues for the commercial dept that run on weekly base for wholesale & monthly for service stores
•Dealing with multiple creative, media, printing & distribution agencies to finalize all the required jobs
•Creating the master calendar/schedule of events or classes for use in advertising and promotion for full fiscal year.
•Building a five years plan & budget for Kuwait and other markets (Egypt, KSA, Lebanon, Iran... etc.
•Building a good and well trained team of Magic to cover all the sectors (sampling, distribution, sales for Traditional & Horeca markets).
•Coordinating with the sales force to correct the bad visibility & increase the availability.
•Creating new distributional channels for Magic to boost sales.
•Coordinating with Horeca management ways of increasing sales in their outlets by providing all the required promotion programs, training, combining advertising & incentives programs to increase sales which may involve direct marketing activities.
•Finalize the special promotional events involving preparing budgets and sales support materials with all sectors.
•Dealing with Traditional markets (hyper markets, Super Markets, Coops & Groceries) to finalize ongoing promotions & special deals.
•Responsible for all the ATL activities in term of exhibitions, promotional activities, direct marketing, online activities, PR & media relations.
