Manage full-cycle recruitment and mobilization for project manpower including engineers, technicians, and labor categories.

Coordinate with project managers for manpower forecasts and site mobilization schedules.

Validate attendance, overtime, site allowances, and submit payroll inputs ensuring WPS compliance.

Handle employee relations, grievances, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution.

Maintain and update HR records, HRMS, employment contracts, and onboarding documents.
Liaise with PRO/Mandoob for visa processing, renewals, transfers, and residency compliance.

Support performance appraisal cycles and monitor completion of KPIs.

Prepare HR reports for management and client audits (KOC, KNPC, Equate).

Implement HR policies and ensure adherence to labor laws and HSE requirements.

• Provide HR support and guidance to client companies on a wide range of HR matters, including
Recruitment, employee relations, performance management, compliance, and payroll management.
• Identify appropriate recruitment channels, including job boards, social media, professional networks, and
employee referrals & ensure that accurate job descriptions are in place by providing advice & assistance.
• Review resumes and applications, conduct initial screenings, and assess candidate suitability for open
positions and complete pre-employment checks for preferred candidates in a timely manner.
• Responsible for meeting and greeting interview candidates, informing the candidates of the outcome of
the task and if applicable scheduling them for an interview.
• Gathering and analyzing data with useful HR metrics and maintain contact with candidates throughout the
hiring process to ensure that each step is completed on schedule, minimize delays.
• Issuing employment offers, submit hiring documents, and new hires status in terms of expected joining
date and pre-arrival onboarding procedures.
• Maintain and continuously update all manpower requisitions status, candidate data/detail and hiring
status Oracle Fusion Recruitment Module and tracking sheets.
• Partner with Overseas hiring agencies for bulk recruitment and manage the overseas hiring process from
start to end.

• Handle conflict resolution, employee grievances, disciplinary actions, and work to foster a positive work environment and manage temporary staffing agencies and associates.
• Maintains and updates annual and computerized employee records, legal documents, policies and procedures and other personnel related matters.
• Manage quarterly / mid-year /annual performance appraisals for proper assessment to ensure two-way communications and clear objective setting to employees and implement pay raises / bonuses.
• Handle employee discipline and document any actions taken in response to misbehavior, by follow a process when taking disciplinary action, such as issuing a verbal warning followed by a written warning before suspending or terminating the employee.
• To support the team with general filing to ensure staff personnel files are kept up to date.

• Monitor employees' attendance and their update in the system, as well as leaves and working hours' balance (actual hours, offset days hours, over time, and other) To Manage Computation and Calculation of Leaves.
• Lead termination meetings and handle resignation cases in a professional manner that follows university requirements.

process.
Conducts reference checks on required positions.
• Administers employment contracts and employee related letters as per
Management requirements.
• Provides staff orientations & supervises employee visa transfers and renewals.
• Monitors daily attendance and employee leaves.
Conducts exit interviews for employees leaving the company and monitors smooth visa transfers or cancellations and assists in the final settlement payment.
• Handles Internal and External audit firm requirements.
• Prepares employee based quarterly and yearly reports for the department.
