 Planning and overseeing new projects initiatives.
 Researching organizations and individuals to find new opportunities.
 Contacting potential clients

 Attending conferences, meetings, and industry events.
 Meet with clients to discuss both legal and business matters as well as, developing quotes and
proposals for clients.
 Draft and revise a variety of contracts with clients
 Maintain excellent working relationships with clients to ensure their needs are met
 Ensure the organization's internal contract documents are accurate and well maintained
 Developing goals for the development team and business growth and ensuring they are met.
 Apply estimate cost calculations to the project’s program.

 Preparation of detailed and master time schedules, including adjustment of contractual time
frame, WPS, WBS and WBS dictionary, activities listing and attributes, resources listing and
loading, monitoring and controlling the progress for the projects corresponding the actual
progress on site.

 Responsible for providing project planning and management for established initiatives within
a company.
 Ensure that projects are completed to specification, within an established time frame and
budget.
 Lead & coordinate design team Define & maintain clearly objectives and priority of each
design team in matter of time and time spent
 Develop Design Time schedule with PM and integrate design milestones
 Manage and lead surveying team (technically and on site works)
 Ensure on-time delivery of design to stakeholders with suitable quality including Partner
document
 Supervise overall design execution program, set priorities
 Manage scope or design changes & prepare related claims and VO to be approved by PM
 Inform of design issues throughout execution
 Updates risk assessment related to design & applies mitigation plan when required
 Ensure compliance to customer requirements, manage customer comments
 Attend Customer technical meetings
 Submit documents to customer & Manage return status of project documentation (approved,
comments, resubmit, rejected)
 Ensures conformance of material with specification & documentation
 Prepare or review technical specifications and basic document to enable procurement of main
items and plant detailed design
 Provide technical assistance upon request
 Prepare subcontracting files (Scope, Deliverables, Inputs, Schedule)
 Get data for OMM & As built files
 BIM System (still on implementation stage; Tekla, Revit, Civil 3D, and Navies works)
