• Responsible for day-to-day finance and accounts operations for branches in UAE, KSA & Egypt.
• Maintaining tight credit control and receivables management through direct interaction with customers.

• Checking and entering Clients monthly work progress payment applications.
• Handling Asset Register.
• Processing Monthly Payroll & Overtime, allocating the costs over the projects.
• Checking the SRV & SIV and inputting them to the Books.
• Preparing Suppliers Payments and Reconciliations.
• Checking and entering Machineries time sheets on monthly basis.
• Preparation and inputting month-end Journal Entries.
• Assist and provide Accounting Data to the External Auditors during interim and annual Audit.
• Trained 3 new employees on accounting principles and company procedures.
• Preparing a VAT breakdown schedule for the output and input.
• Applying for the VAT Return on FTA portal.
• Preparing following financial Statements and Reports:
- Balance Sheet (Financial Position)
- Income Statement (Profit & Loss)
- Shareholder’s Equity

- All Notes related to Financial Statements.

Creating Chart of Accounts for various type of companies with different activities.
• Preparing and entering sales invoices.
• Checking and Reconciling Banks Statements with Banks Ledgers.
• Prepare monthly Receivables Aging Report.
• Prepare detailed general and administrative expenses report on a monthly basis.
