 Created high performance, well-motivated, cross-functional teams to achieve optimal plant production, by delivering thorough training and coaching, and ensuring efective resource coordination with outstanding eficiencies.  Improved production line eficiency from 50% to 85% by leveraging best practices, spare parts resourcing, modulating methodology, and PLC optimization.  Reduced production costs by project managing three new lines from procurement phase to closing, including technical negotiations, specs, installations, and commissioning, and implementing many cost control projects.  Slashed costs by 40% by minimizing overtime through the development and implementation of efective solutions.  Met all local authority and regulatory obligations by playing a key role in SHE system design and documentation.  Drove the factory to achieve A+ with a score of 99.8% on the SFDA factories grading system.  Saved 66 hours of Down Time (DT) by replacing a critical, frequently wearing component in a labelling machine.  Enabled yearly savings of around 158000 SAR as well 56 hours DT by upgrading the blower SBO.  Awarded "Ideal Employee" in 2018 and 2021
