* Provide administrative and office support to executive departments and individuals.

* Assistance in the preparation of the budget of the Office.

* Manually deal with office equipment, such as computers - camera, scanner and others.
Follow-up the manager instructions.
* Receiving and diverting phone calls.
* Direct customers to the competent authorities or the competent employee.
* check the electronic systems and follow-up with maintenance.
* Sign the parcel postage portable.
