• Handle the incident management for purposes of maintaining records and problem solving.
• Ensure that the hardware and software inventory correctly managed to satisfy business needs regarding technology equipment.
• Investigate and provide solutions to all customer inquiries using all resources available to ensure costumers satisfaction.
• Research and self-development in order to be updated with the new technology changes.
• Provide a weekly incident management report to ensure that recurring problems are minimized.
• Troubleshoot problems reported by users.
