Duties and Responsibilities:
Officially in this position since 2016 but My Teaching experience since 1999 (19 years) as I was practicing teaching and nursing responsibilities side by side. My Duties and Responsibilities in this position include:
• Deputizing the head of Training department during her annual leaves or absenteeism.
• Providing training for all Healthcare Providers; Physicians, Nurses, technicians…etc. at Ruwais Hospital and all ADNOC Medical facilities for BLS, ACLS, PALS, IV, IO Cannulation & IV Therapy, Ambulance training, Crash cart, Emergency Medical Response Plan ...etc.
• Also, I trained SKMC (SEHA), Alain Hospital (SEHA), SKSH (MOPA), SKGH (MOPA) healthcare providers for ACLS and PALS
• Providing training for Public, Community, Families, lay rescuers and all ADNOC Employees for First Aid, CPR/AED Adult child and infant in addition to health and safety.
• ADNOC Life Support Center Internal Training Coordinator - Coordinate life support Training courses and instructors
• Presenting CNE/CME/CPD lectures as a participation in ADNOC CME, CNE program.
• Clinical Competences evaluator, I am also taking a part in Nursing orientation program
• Performing Mock Drills BLS, ACLS, and Trauma Drills to assure the preparedness of all healthcare staff.
• Involved in preparing, arranging and participating in healthcare activities, like breast cancer day, diabetic day, ADNOC HSE Awareness, Takreer Family day etc.…
• Charge of the Emergency and Cardiology clinic, taking care of all Emergency and cardiology concerns & Managing Emergency nursing staff, Equipment, preparedness, Emergency Response etc. to insure excellence and high quality of ER services.
• I worked also as a Charge nurse of ADNOC Occupational health services (OHS), pre- employment tests, periodic medical check, Screening Programs, work Rehabilitation, Compensation, Risk management, Occupational health and safety management etc.
• Another major role of mine also was Deputizing Chief Nursing Officer (I worked back to back with the Chief Nursing Officer, deputizing him/her during annual leaves or absenteeism, participating in decision making and helping in Managing all nursing staff at ADNOC Medical Center, preparing duty Rota, annual leaves plan, arranging overtime, arranging staff coverage, manage shortage according to work requirement, insure high quality and smooth running of services, follow up nursing staff issues, learning requirements, improvements etc. for more than 60 staff

• Setting, developing Policies, procedures and Clinical Guidelines.
• Clinical Experience in technical evaluation for medical equipment and consumables.

I worked as a staff nurse in Emergency clinic and in sas alnakhl refinery clinic
I worked as a staff nurse in occupational health clinic and after I approve myself and got an outstanding appraisal I promoted to charge nurse in 2006
I was a nurse responsible about 2 schools, providing emergency care for the students, follow up of their growth by monitoring their weight, height, vision, follow up the special students with special illnesses, vaccinations, health education, emergency care, Screening...etc.
I was the trainer for the school health staff of the intravenous Cannualtion and intravenous therapy course.

This Est. is dealing with impotence device upon medical prescription, i was responsible about follow up of their patients' progress, follow any complication happened to them, give them advice, also participate in selling these devices, AT the last six months i was the sales manager in this company .
I worked in the medical and surgical ward, i was the charge nurse on my shift, with 3 of practical nurses, which i was responsible about their assignment and duties managing, i was responsible about 15 patients with different cases, their medications, procedures, dressings, nursing documentation in their files . ...etc.

This is my university degree , 4 years of studying after high school , my aggregate average was 76.5% , that is mean very good , in these 4 year I study all topics concerning nursing.
This is my tawjehi certificate , my percentage average was 88.7% , that is mean very good.
