الاشراف والمتابعة على عمل فريق المبيعات وتدريبهم من اجل رفع كفائتهم ، وحل مشاكل العملاء وفتح اسواق جديده ، متابعة الحدود الائتمانية للعملاء و التاكد من السداد في التاريخ المحدد ، وارسال تقارير البيع اليومية والشهرية للاداره ، ومتابعة المخزون .
العمل مدير مبيعات :
متابعة فريق المبيعات والتسويق ووضع خطط واستراجيات للعروض والاسعار لكل شهر ومتابعة عروض واسعار المنافسين ومتابعة حركة السوق ومتطلبات المستهلكين .
الحفاظ على اسم الشركة وسمعتها في السوق .
النتسيق بين الانتاج والمبيعات من اجل توفير الكميات المطلوبة وايضا الحد من تراكم منتجات بتواريخ انتاج قديمة .
