Creating a road map for Business Excellence, Business Processes Mapping; develop and improve the company end to end processes; managing the value chain map and coordinating the internal business process interface

QA/QC: Managing a staff of more than 60 people (4 Managers, Engineers, and Technicians) in both quality dept. and production control dept. for 3 factories; Handling of day-to-day activities related to Quality department to achieve system and product quality; this includes Supplier quality and incoming material inspection, Quality Control, Quality Assurance, and Process Engineering; Developing Quality Plans and standard operating procedures in both manufacturing and project environment; Interacting with suppliers, production, R&D, and all other processes owners to solve quality problems; Leading the company to achieve ISO 9001 certificate; working on implementing the Integrated Management System (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001 and ISO 17025); managing the implementation of environment and health & safety procedures; liaising and coordinating with external parties for all issues related to product/system quality and external audit; Implementing Six Sigma projects with 3M Company. Handling and analysis of customer complaints (B2B) and link it with the business processes for improvement; Responsible as the Quality Management Representative (QMR) to represent the company in terms of quality and reporting to CEO. Managing all training activities for the company employees including establishing, executing and evaluating the company training plan.
Six Sigma: The use of DMAIC methodology for improving quality and reducing cost; using the MINITAB 14; The statistical analysis of quality problems; Using many of quality tools such as control charts; Process capability studies; Measurement System Analysis (MSA); C&E matrix, FMEA, sampling plans; QFD; Supplier evaluation and selection; Participating in some of Six Sigma Projects with 3M company.
Quality Audit: The preparation and execution of audit plan; managing a team of 7 auditors to conduct quality audits for the company polices and processes, auditing projects and suppliers; handling of corrective actions and completion of all quality audit activities.
