QA/QC: Managing a staff of more than 60 people (4 Managers, Engineers, and Technicians) in both quality dept. and production control dept. for 3 factories; Handling of day-to-day activities related to Quality department to achieve system and product quality; this includes Supplier quality and incoming material inspection, Quality Control, Quality Assurance, and Process Engineering; Developing Quality Plans and standard operating procedures in both manufacturing and project environment; Interacting with suppliers, production, R&D, and all other processes owners to solve quality problems; Leading the company to achieve ISO 9001 certificate; working on implementing the Integrated Management System (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001 and ISO 17025); managing the implementation of environment and health & safety procedures; liaising and coordinating with external parties for all issues related to product/system quality and external audit; Implementing Six Sigma projects with 3M Company. Quality Audit: The preparation and execution of audit plan; managing a team of 7 auditors to conduct quality audits for the company polices and processes, auditing projects and suppliers; handling of corrective actions and completion of all quality audit activities.
