Six Sigma: The use of DMAIC methodology for improving quality and reducing cost; using the MINITAB 14; The statistical analysis of quality problems; Using many of quality tools such as control charts; Process capability studies; Measurement System Analysis (MSA); C&E matrix, FMEA, sampling plans; QFD; Supplier evaluation and selection; Participating in some of Six Sigma Projects with 3M company.
Quality Audit: The preparation and execution of audit plan; managing a team of 7 auditors to conduct quality audits for the company polices and processes, auditing projects and suppliers; handling of corrective actions and completion of all quality audit activities.
