Started in year 2000 as a senior software developer supervising a development team to build HR/payroll system and a shareholders system
During the years 2002 to 2005 I’ve worked as analyst and system designer in the PAIS (Post Audit Inspection System) project as well as the master programmer for the online Mobile inspection application of PAIS
After that I’ve became a project manager years 2005 - 2008 for both CPAIS (Customs Post Audit Inspection System) project and Free-Zones Investment System project.
Now my position is Technical Support Department Director from year 2008.
My main rules now are:
-Managing technical support department and dealing with the complex problems emerging with the company clients that technical staff cannot resolve.
-Master software developer where I am responsible for preparing and training the new employees as well as solving and advising the employed programmers to overcome the programming problems they face
-Participate in all projects in analysis, data modeling and design
-Designing and Programing integration interfaces with other systems.
-During the last four years CATS top management instructed me to establish and manage BI department, currently the department is active and I’m responsible for analyzing, designing and data modeling of BI solutions as well as supervising solution implementation, for now there are two BI implementations for two of our enterprise level Customers
Teaching Advanced courses in programming with VB 6.0 and VC++, Courses in Oracle 8.0 database management, administration and installation on UNIX platforms as well as some courses in software modeling and design
Power Builder and VC++ Programmer worked in programming a locally designed ERP solution for small and medium business on both Mac and later on Windows
Established my own small business that was interested in Novel Network installation, implementation and maintenance as well as implementing MS Windows for Workgroups (VER 3.11) on such network
Create Simple GUI Applications for MS Windows 3.1 and 3.11 using VB 3.0, then using VB 4.0 to Create Applications for both windows 3.1 (16 bit) and windows 95 (32 bit)
