Duties and Responsibilities:
• Procedures of employment
• Procedures of end contracts.
• Preparation of monthly salary.
• Additions to payroll and requests for payroll changes such as promotions, transfers, reclassification, and resignations, consults and coordinates with department heads Concerned to approval of director of personnel
• updates monthly plan of all departments indicating names of employees, titles, status, salary rates and other pertinent information
• Prepares following reports: - Personnel count and movement (monthly)
- Personnel inventory (quarterly)
• Assists director of personnel in preparing and coordinating employees social, athletic and recreational activities and in executing special programs for the hotel
• Distributes and collects performance rating forms; reviews scoring and equivalent rating prior to final review of Director of Personnel; files in employs permanent record.
• Procedures for Investigations and solve every days problems regarding personnel
