Work included
•Preparing design package for capital & expense projects
•Supporting operations in the Management of Change (MOC) project, identify the long lead items (LLI) and prepare purchase Order (PO)
•Provide management services and oversee construction and installation to ensure high quality execution of the project scope of

SADARA program to Sadara Site Construction Compliance Team. Developed procedures, flow charts, applications, check lists and approval mechanism for Construction Land Use Authorization and plots ownership transfer / turn-over process (Pre- mobilization compliance & Land Use Management).

This has included
•Role of facilitating pre- site access & mobilization HSE and security measures to all SADARA main and sub-contractors prior moving to assigned construction sites.
•Developed readiness compliance process to govern a safe, secure and smooth interface management for multi-site construction agencies / team.

• Assigned in Yanbu Refinery as Saudi Aramco Project Management Team (SAPMT) member for BI-10-00010, Construction Diesel dehydrator (DHT) complex Project to manage and plan resources to ensure high quality execution of the project scope of work and to provide engineering and technical support throughout the project construction life cycle.

• Deputed at Saudi Aramco - Yanbu Gas Plant Expansion Project as Saudi Aramco Project Management Team (SAPMT) member on part time basis to review and supervise the detailed design package and performed various engineering works at Jacobs design company at Dammam.

BNG is a Dutch company operating in various sectors worldwide as a construction company. BNG has executed a number of major Turn key projects in Saudi Arabia at different sites spread around the country. BNG has task to maintain the Mechanical, Electrical/ Instrumentation and Command, Control and communication system. The AMO & KFC projects are at present only applied on the ABF (Air Base Facility Projects).
Responsibilities
•Troubleshooting for all sites problems and develop solutions as (TI)Technical Instructions.
•Prepare Preventive Maintenance Work Instructions according to vendors manual, drawings and project specifications, either British BS or ASTM specs.
•Supervise Saudi personnel in installation works and maintenance of:
•Rotating equipment’s such as water pumps, compressors and instrument air compressors, power generating equipment’s and fire protection water pumps.
•Hydraulic Systems, nitrogen and fire & gas detection system

in Saudi Aramco, Dhahran in Utility department
•Responsibility for planning and scheduling
•Updating manufacturing software system called AMMS
•Recommended basic maintenance and operation improvement and changes and enhancements for optimal plant efficiency and service and performed checks.
•Kept-Up necessary records, maintained up-to-date drawings and instruction manuals.

Assigned to Qatif Liquefy Petroleum Gas Plant (Qatif LPG) as Saudi Aramco Project Management Team (SAPMT) member for BI-10-03566, Wastewater System and Tank Seals Upgrade to provide management services and oversee construction and installation of the new facilities at loading area and tank farm area to ensure high quality execution of the project scope of work.
•Assigned to Yanbu Refinery as Saudi Aramco Project Management Team (SAPMT) member for BI-10-00010, Construct DHT complex Project to manage and plan resources to ensure high quality execution of the project scope of work and to provide engineering and technical support throughout the project construction life cycle.
