Direct and control accounting staff to ensure that they are appropriately motivated and developed to carry
out their responsibilities and duties as standards.
* Analyse accounts to make sure all transactions are recorded accurately and presented on time.
* Ensurethat all accounting activities comply with legal and ethical standards
* Verifying and monitor external contracts and services provided by suppliers
* Verify accountsfor newproject Costing, invoicingand assure compliance with plans and policies.

* Produce periodical financial statements comply with IFRS.
* Maintaining of the internal control system.
Verify necessary approvals are obtained before a payment or cost leading.
Formulation and standardization Financial Policies and Procedures
Segregation of duties.
Oversee all cashhandling.
* Manage and control all operation in Treasury to minimize financial risks.
* Monitor and prepare weekly, monthly, cash flow reports.
* Prepare annual budget financial plans and monitor implementation and updating.
* Report on financial performance and prepare monthly variance analysis reports.
* Assist outside Auditors at Year-end to expedite their work.
* Using and good knowledge in ERP systems.
Implementation and customization new ERP software.
Identify potential problems and business requirements
Setup proper chart of accounts. & Cost Centres &Sub Ledgers.
Ensure that all accounting activities comply with legal and ethical standards
Verifying and monitor external contracts and services provided by suppliers
Verify accounts for new project Costing, invoicing and assure compliance with plans and policies.
Control expenditure and facilitate operation of the organization to achieve desired financial Performance.
Provide Support to operation to identify of areas for cost reduction and income
Record the transactions and verify the authenticity of the documents and then transfer them according to the accounting books
Follow up customer accounts and prepare bank reconciliation
And prepare financial reports as requested by the CFO
