After reading Willie Pietersen’s book on “Strategic Learning”, my view of business changed one late afternoon, the business world just became more fascinating in my eyes. I have been exposed to this milieu since a while throughout my tenure as CTO but never had a similar feeling, that day was mysteriously a turning point in my career path... one which inspired me to take the decision to seek a Master degree in Business Administration.

The rest is history.

Solution Engineer

March 2007 - December 2009

Ericsson

Beirut, Lebanon

March 2007 - December 2009

Solution Engineer at Ericsson

Ever since I was a kid, my interests were often linked to science & technology. As I grew up, those interests grew with me and had a great influence on many choices I have made in life.

Ericsson was one of those choices, that had the biggest impact.

I still remember the first six months in my career. Imagine the "job role" which is the first basic thing that anyone should know at work, yet being a "Solution Engineer" wasn't that simple for me to comprehend. This explains the courage I've gathered and the passion I had toward this opportunity.

I knew from day one that this is the place where I want to learn, develop my abilities and enhance my personal development and my professional path. It offered me a strong ability to build my technical expertise and helped me nurturing my relationship skills with customers in a consultative manner. I personally consider this stage of my career a very memorable one, why? because I was given the chance and the space to prove my capabilities in a short time which allowed me to further take bigger responsibilities and
quickly climb the technical management ladder.
