Cost controllers receive the invoices from finance department and redistribute them to the technical persons to insure that the service is done or the materials are received according to the required specs. Then the cost controller review the invoices with the contract, adjust the invoice if needed, put the proper charge, approve the invoice according to the authority limitation manual and return the invoice to the finance department after revision.
