• Successfully completed DOW Chlorine production Plant maintenance training, Stade Germany.
• Support DOW Commissioning Engineer for Inspection, pre-commission and commissioning activities on Rotating equipment and Stationary Equipment.
• Plan and execute Pit stops and successfully completed sponsor guaranty run of all plants.
• Participate Equipment Maintenance Strategy meeting conducted by reliability department for critical equipment.
• Review Critical equipment spare parts list and implement the changes.
• Verify Critical equipment drawing and codify missed out spares in SAP.
• Closely monitor Critical Machine and its performance, Lead commissioning team, trouble shoot and normalize the plant.
• Lead Equipment Maintenance procedures list and update and publish to procedure team
• Support Commissioning and Start-UP team to pre-commission Rotating equipment and monitor equipment condition.
• Analyze Vibration spectrum and trouble shoot problems on rotating pumps, compressor fans and issue recommendation to rectify the problem.
• Generate Trouble shoot report & Technical report on rotating equipment during correction work and provide recommendation.
• Participate in RCA meeting to resolve repeated issues, and RCM meeting for critical equipment.
• Prepare PM/PDM task, Machinery health report & changeover schedule for rotating equipment.
• Conduct & witness Inspection activity on Critical / non critical Rotating equipment installation, organize team to conduct PSSR and follow-up with EPC.
• Lead rotating equipment team to commission PDH plant with vendor supervision and involve in trouble shooting activity.
• Analyze issues on rotating equipment and analyze vibration related problems and issue recommendation to resolve the problem.
• Trouble shoot Mechanical seal related problem during commissioning and had meeting with JOHN CRANE to resolve the problem permanently.
• Lead a team and involve during major equipment maintenance / over haul activity and coordinate with Equipment Vendor representative to achieve the target in time.
• Identify Critical equipment, involve in graphical, set-point verification and support installation of on-line monitoring by System-1, Bently Nevada.
• Report equipment failure, make RCFA, Support maintenance to generate PM program.
Received cash award for project work “Vertical axis wind turbine”, south zone first in collage level.
