Implementation, Production support and maintenance of PeopleSoft Campus Solution for K12 model of Institution for 300+ Independent, Private, Home and Evening schools in Qatar.

Responsibilities include

• Implementation and customization of Campus Solution features like Student Bio Demographic Data Student Enrolment, Grade Book, Student Transition, Student Attendance, School Information, and Student Health Information etc...

• Worked in bolt-on features like Pre Enrolment of Students in Schools (Web Registration), Data quality monitoring system etc.

• Business analysis for Web Registration system, Grading modules like Qatar Senior Secondary Certificate (QSSC) for Grade 12, Qatar Comprehensive Educational Assessment (QCEA) for grades 4 to 11 and general grading for grades 1 to 3.

• Instrumental in creating the Integration layer to integrate the PeopleSoft system with multiple 3rd Party systems.

• Designed a simplified version of the Student Enrolment feature as a bolt-on to enrol Private School students into the system.

• Defect resolution included modifications to the custom created Student Management System components and resolving technical and functional issues.

• Provide Multilanguage support for the application

• Periodically perform data quality checks and also performed data cleaning activities when required.

• Performed the activities of the PeopleSoft System Administrator by managing application, web and process scheduler servers when required.

• Extensively uploaded big volumes of data into ERP system using PeopleSoft utilities like Component Interfaces and Excel-to-CI.

• Performed User Acceptance Testing (UAT) of applications integrated with PeopleSoft system.

• Created different simple and complex reports using PSQuery and Crystal Reports 9.

• Created adhoc reports by writing complex SQLs on the Oracle 9i.

• Participated in recommending the Design of the Report Cards for students for all grades and also executed the design using Crystal Reports.

• Helped to induct new team members into the team and ensured they were productive at the earliest.

    I was a part of a NGO named Students Welfare Trust which provides support to the student community in general. Mostly dealt with under-resourced Government schools in India. We used to help the students to deal with examination stress and better organize their studies. We also helped fresh graduates from colleges to better equip themselves with communication skills to face the industry.
