Responsible for the Operation & Managing of Tower Crane, Passenger Hoist, cradle, plant & heavy equipment, Machineries, power - generator’s, Tanker’s, Pick- up’s, Buses, Mini - Buses & Cars.
Development of administration standard for vehicles and equipment’s as per OME.
Servicing & Maintains of vehicle - schedules, budgeted and p m v reports.
Supervising the Technical Operations of the Vehicles & Equipments that are to be executed through the respective technical team.
Inspection of Vehicles & Equipments for maintenance through proper channel.
New fleet Registration, Insurance, assessing for passing on yearly basis.
Control over maintenance, repair, replacement of parts and disposal of vehicles & equipment as per requirement.
Diesel purchasing from local & Distribution for all Sites According to Requisition.
The entire transport fleet operations to ensure that an efficient Manage and coordinate active and efficient service is provided at all times.
Determines work priorities in order to meet all requirements of vehicle fleet from various departments.
Foundation in a timely manner.
Raises reports to the Management coordination with vehicle suppliers/contractors on matters relating to contract.
Prepares and submits daily/weekly/monthly MIS reports of Vehicle &Fuel consumption to Section Head / Management.
Supervise and coordinate the in respect of any long term requirement which leads to a Variation and other orders.
TRANSPORTATION
Over all management on day to day operation of Transport Activities
Planning the vehicle according to the requirements & coordinating with
Engineers & supervision for conformation.
Maintains close activities for mass event transport requirements.
Supervising, controlling, Managing, Replacing & Handling of drivers & operators
Allocating the work time and closing the working hours.
Hiring the vehicle, Rate negotiation from Supplier’s and its follow ups
Inspection and checking of LPO.
