➢ Supervising the site activities along with the workforce.
➢ Coordinate and manage the material supply, delivery and stocks in collaboration with
other departments (logistics, procurement …etc.).
➢ Follow up the project plans, BOQ, budget and work plan.
➢ Monitoring and supervising the infrastructure operations at site such as: excavation,
pipeline and backfilling.
➢ Creating the costs schedules, timescales and plans.
➢ Adhere to the standards of quality assurance.
➢ Observing health and safety standards.
➢ Authorizing technical drawings and engineering plans .
➢ Monitoring and Supervising the construction works such as structure and finishing
activities
➢ Managing the field team.
➢ Conduct the regular site visit of NGOs and projects donors.
➢ Prepare work Plan (daily, weekly and monthly), supervise the Daily Workers, ensure a
follow-up on the different field activities regarding the agreed planning, guideline, and
required quality of the works.
➢ Ensure that the request of material, machines, equipment or any other items needed in
the field are ordered on time.
➢ Respect the plans, BOQ, budget and work plan.
➢ Analyze the security situation in the area and inform the Line Manager, Field Coordinator
& Security Manager about security incidents.
➢ Coordinate with logistic and finance.
➢ Attending weekly and monthly meeting with PM and team
