Provide technical support and oversee the rigging up and running of various downhole cleaning tools. Assembles and prepares tools for rig site delivery and oversees the related processes and procedures associated with mechanical wellbore clean-up in the field.

Relationships:
Reports to Field Service Manager, Location Manager or Operations Manager

Essential Responsibilities and Duties:
- Review mud program to prepare orders and mixing plans
- Consult with rig crew during rig up, operation and retrieval of downhole tools
- Inspect and measure finished assemblies to determine conformance to specifications
- Oversee the related processes and procedures associated with mechanical wellbore clean up in the field
- Monitor effectiveness of downhole tool performance
- Answer client questions concerning operating parameters, dimensions, and product lines
- Review schematics, tool programs, and operator well completion diagrams
- Supervise drifting of individual tools and assemblies
- Supervise correct make up torque for tools assemblies, cleanup operations and transfer of tools
- Clean tools prior to loading into basket
- Interface effectively with company man and rig personnel
- Determine chemical treatment and requirements to optimize completion program
- Determine the case of brine, or system problems so correct treatment can be recommended
- Establish and maintain good working relationships with clients and rig personnel
- Evaluate fluid property trends for potential contamination or quality problems
- Insure proper chemical documentation including shipping papers and current MSD sheets are received with chemicals at location
- Interpret data from completion fluid checks to evaluate treatment or action required
- Maintain environmental discharge and consumption records as required by legislation or client
- Make recommendations concerning filtration processes to ensure the brine meets correct Nephlometric Turbidity Unit specifications

- Clean, maintain, and run unit equipment to optimize operating parameters.

- Assemble and install equipment for operation.

- Manage spare parts and equipment inventory.
- Document equipment operations for future use and traceability purposes through daily reporting procedures common to the area.
- Converse with operator and contractor personnel about routine operating procedures and service related to equipment operation.
- Evaluate equipment installation to determine if equipment has been misapplied.
- Gather operating information to make necessary changes to optimize equipment performance.
- Review reports to detect changes in system parameters.
- Explain product function and tips on troubleshooting to customer and rig personnel.

Cutting treatment engineer

Determine operation parameters for equipment and systems.
_ Clean, maintain, and run unit equipment to optimize operating parameters.
 Inspect, test, service and repair equipment to ensure working condition.
 Assemble and install equipment for operation .
 Monitor, operate and control equipment .
 Manage spare parts and equipment inventory Document equipment operations for future use and traceability purposes through daily reporting procedures common to the area.
 Converse with operator and contractor personnel about routine operating procedures and service related to equipment operation.
 Prepare equipment maintenance reports .
 Evaluate equipment installation to determine if equipment has been misapplied.
 Gather operating information to make necessary changes to optimize equipment performance.
 Review reports to detect changes in system parameters .
 Explain product function and tips on troubleshooting to customer and rig personating of equipment, burners, blowers, HMI, PLC, oil water separator, motors; turbines, electro valves, centrifuge 414, 518.shale shakers. Mudcleaner, diaphragm pumps.Augers.GRANDFOS pumps (maintenance and repair).
 Treatment quality testing by testing laboratoire TPH and retort chemical test.
 Rig up the unit in accordance with the electrical and mechanical manual.
 Assure the thermal treatment in accordance with the TPS operations manual and P&ID.
 Tack reading of equipment parameter periodically, and fill data log every 1hour

Network maintenance engineer. perform preventive maintenance for network mobile sites. electrical and electronics installation, repair, commissioning and control all failure on (software and hardware of network mobile sites ) working on GSM and DCS systems. O&M, MSC, BTS, BSC, rectifier, transceivers, combiners, climb towers
