2- Oversee the Organizational Breakdown Structure (OBS).
3- Oversee the work breakdown structure (WBS) before submit for approval.
4- Progress and construction schedule monitor and control.
5- Using SPI, CPI, AC and SV calculation to determine project status.
6- Management Stakeholders, Scope, Time, Cost, safety and Quality of the project.
7- Knowledge of local statutory approval, labor license, permits for organizing/expediting the Site activities.

9- Oversee the Base & final design and issue for construction (IFC) Process.

11- Ensure the safety precautions are adhered before construction workers.
12- Follow up Pre-Testing, commissioning, Final Acceptance.
13- Review all vendor’s offer and follow up progress of subcontractors.
14- Oversee bidding for new tenders and tack necessary action if required.
