Leading technicians to implement preventive maintenance and making Analysis for common breakdowns, to minimize breakdowns rate.
• Responsible for solving any operational breakdowns to minimize the impact on safety, Production, cost & quality.
• Develop & plan preventative maintenance programs.
• PLC programming (Siemens) - Dealing, installing and programming.
• ordering of spare parts when required.
• Planning & monitoring spare part stock.
• Follow up daily reports and generate weekly reports.
• Execute corrective actions for breakdowns.
• Participate in breakdowns and preventive action.
• Installing and repairing all electrical component (AC, Stepper, DC and servo motors and drives).

• Preparing weekly and monthly reports.
• Analyze mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing engineering problems and formulate solutions.
