Manage team of 7 in order to ensure proper execution of all tasks related to the Unit, develop staff, mentoring and provide career coaching
Provide supervision and direction to subordinate staff and coordinate work flow within the major work units and stakeholders
Oversee the proper execution of all banking operations related to the execution, maintenance and disbursment of all lending products

- Identify training and development needs through job analysis, appraisal schemes and regular consultation with HR and retail lending teams;
- Design and expand training and development programs based on both the organization’s and the individual's needs
- Train the staff (managers, lending officers, juniors)
ü Day to day operations: (dealing with customer credit files (Real Estate reports, legal contracts, insurance pricing))
ü Projects:
- Recommend changes in the credit applications/policies to senior management
- Create a credit tracking model
- Measure department performance
- Adjust credit contracts/legal documents in order to improve transparency and quality standards (as per BDL circulars)
