Business Objectives & Strategic Workforce Planning (SWP):
-Participate in the Departmental Annual Operating Plan (AOP) and lead the annual WFP component of the department
- Lead and manage the annual Workforce Planning by collaborating with the HOD and Head of Sections and ensure accurate and timely completion of the plan

- Ensure smooth delivery of planned L&D innervations by aligning with HODs, L&D team, line managers; supervisors and employees.
-Share regular L&D reports with all stakeholders (Learning Plan Execution Report, Monthly L&D Report, Total Learning Hours Report (On-line))
Performance Management:
-Participated in the creation and digitation of the recent DAL Food PMS on the HRIS- Cascade.
- Deliver the DF PMS Awareness Sessions (Both English & Arabic) for the new joiners and existing employees.
- Develop timely audit and status reports on all HR activities (Performance Planning status, MYPR status, the completion rate in the final assessment) and share the reports with all stakeholders.
- Lead the completion of all PM phases on time and follow for the execution of performance actions (Employee Development Programs (EDP), Improvement Notes - PIN, Bonus Payment. Etc.)
Organizational Development and Effectiveness (OD & OE):
-Ensure the department has the right structure by aligning with the HOD and the OD team
- Lead & manage change interventions with the department with the support of the OD Projects team
- Ensure all roles have complete and updated job profiles that reflects actual role contribution.
Employee Experience & Employee wellbeing
-Work closely with line Management to improve work relationships, build morale, and positively impact productivity, retention and engagement

- Lead the development of the Operations Function ‘Competency Framework’ for the DAL Food
