Responsibilities:
- Ensure the highest safety standards are achieved and maintained throughout the daily operation of the theme park.
- In charge for overall performance of the attractions attendants in accordance with Merlin Safety Standards as well as departmental policies and procedures.
- Manage Risk assessments, Standard Operating Procedure (SOP), and Emergency action Plan (EAP).
- Schedule the operators and the attendants and allocate their positions daily, organize their lunch and coffee breaks.
- Train the new staff theoretically and practically on rides.
- Act as a zone manager in daily rotation basis.
- Handle guest complaints, and ensure that the customer satisfaction standards are met.
Manage rides on the park.
▪ Do robotic programing sessions in Mindstorm academy for kids.
▪ Enforce all safety regulations and stay current with safety rules and procedures.
▪ Greet guests, explain rides restrictions, and help them to have fun safely.
▪ Handle angry guests ( adults and kids).
▪ Manage emergency situations and ensure that all guests are evacuated.
Attract potential customers by answering product and service questions; suggesting information
about other products and services.
▪ Open customer accounts by recording account information.
▪ Maintain customer records by updating account information.
▪ Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint; determining the cause
of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting
correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution.
Assist and support administrative staff in their day to day operations.
