• Handling maintenance team in the capital city (Riyadh).
• Looking for new & good solutions to serve the customer, present it to the competent authorities & discuss with them the possibility of implement it.
• Prepare the monthly invoice.
• Prepare the monthly productivity for all employees in maintenance department & evaluate them performance.
• Managing the relationships with STC in all issues related to maintenance-FTTH in Riyadh.
• Managing the relationships with logistics, HR & other departments in all issues related to maintenance-FTTH in Riyadh in coordination with the project manager.
• Managing 7 teams in FTTH (Fiber to The Home) project with STC.
• Responsible for monitoring the teams to ensure it is putting out quality work.
• Create time sheets for the employees and make adjustments if necessary to their schedules.
• Manage work flow in the event of an absence or the vacation of one or more employees.
• Analyzing reports and data to determine areas of opportunities for employees to perform better.
• Coaching the employees on weaknesses and involved in terminate and hire new employees.
• Direct and coordinate installation, operation, maintenance, and repair of equipment and systems in field installations.
• Communicate with the clients ensuring the development of clear objectives, and understanding the underlying issues of concern with the customer.
• Provide systems engineering support, technical expertise and support direct interaction with customers.
• Recommend solutions to installation and customer delivery problems.
• complete knowledge of:
• CCTV systems
• Dealing with all types of cameras starting from fixed lens ending with PTZ & IP cameras.
• The ability to connect DVRs or IP cameras to certain network & setup the online monitoring.
• Intrusion alarms systems.
• Dealing with international electronic panels like GE, DSC, ….etc.
• The ability to connect wire & wireless devices like motion detector, smoke detector, magnetic contact, …. etc to the panel & do all software configurations needed to make the system ready to use.
• Access control systems.
• Dealing with international electronic panels like Multi node series.
• The ability to connect all system components like subpanels, readers, magnetic locks, …etc to the main panel & do all software configurations needed to make the system ready to use.
• Training with core network team on GSM.
• Dealing with main switches and DDF rooms.
• Training with the customer services team.
