Having overall accountability for growing the sales and profitability throughout each area of the store, Managing teams to deliver KPI's and compliance throughout the operation, as well as delivering excellent standards of customer service and Company SOP,
- Full accountability to achieve business plans (financial, Profit, Shoppe, Customer Satisfaction index, Manpower, training and employees Engagement)
- Managing P&L, KPI`s(conversion, ATV, IPC) and stock shrinkage.
- Progressing and overall performance of the store operationally and commercially.
- Overseen all store depts, Brand delivery to ensure all stock and products received, processed and back stocked as per the brand guide, and daily and hourly floor replenishment is accurately preceded.
- Overseen VM team and liaise with VM area manager to ensure brand guide is implemented and visual standard are implemented and communications are executed and store presentations are maintained.
- Overseen store operations to ensure all admin and cash office are compliance to the company standards, and meeting the audit expectations score.
- Responsible for overall customer experience in the store and store have the right people at the right time in the right place.
- Setting up store financial targets, and KPIs for monthly, weekly, daily and hourly performance.
- Accountable for overall store management team performance, using coaching concept to maintain behaviors and attitude in the store,
- Accountable for store yearly appraisals and development plans, and all poor performance issues
- Monitoring and reviewing staff and store performance on a regular basis and react accordingly.
- Floor walks on daily bases to ensure all store operations and commercials are meeting the brand standards.
- Weekly meeting with store management’s team to discuss and gain business insights.
- Accountable for short and long term action plans, to meet business plans and achieve sales.
- Administrating all staff issues, ( new staff recruitments, Training, Develops, Payroll, Coaching and appraisals)
- Manage manpower productivity and planning according to needs of Business.
- Driving sales through maximizing team performance
- Maintaining accurate statistical and financial records
- Actively analyze the local market, competitors, and customers and align all strategic and commercial activities
- Evaluate and develop the commercial performance of the store, Result driven and focus on achieving and delivering best possible results.

- Prepare management information reports on store performance in order to allow informed decision making during the weekly trading meeting
- Procurement of Store supplies needed in store based on approved quotation
- Oversee all store events opening procedure from staff hiring, training and developing, store supplies requirement and procurement and sorting of equipment and supplies.
- Solve critical store operational problems including customers’ complaints, in order to ensure
operational effectiveness and to increase customers’ satisfaction
