Develop marketing strategies to improve brand awareness and profitability for Trampo Extreme in Kuwait, Oman, UAE & Qatar. Analyze market trends and competitor activity to recommend improvements to achieve sales goals. Monitor and control operational expenses within allotted budget. Develop events and activations that will boost our brand awareness and generate events revenue. Assist in promoting new products to existing and new customers. Create and manage Kidzania theme park new entertainment activities from conception to launch. Overseeing the effective application of health and safety regulations and risk assessment to ensure a safe environment for the park. Prepare a variable program with the most important events in KidZania and Kuwait. Organize, manage and implement events and shows from scratch. Handling the Artistic Department and trained over 60 artistic staff in different artistic establishments. Evaluated 300 staff to supervise the correct implementation and conformity to the concept and its activities within each of the establishments. Identifies staff development and training needs and ensures that training is obtained.

Collects and compiles data, prepares reports, maintains records and documents Organize lectures and suggests potential speakers. Publicizes events via email, bulletin boards, and mail boxes at appropriate time. Designs poster for event.
