Develop marketing strategies to improve brand awareness and profitability for Trampo Extreme in Kuwait, Oman, UAE & Qatar. Analyze market trends and competitor activity to recommend improvements to achieve sales goals. Monitor and control operational expenses within allotted budget. Develop events and activations that will boost our brand awareness and generate events revenue. Assist in promoting new products to existing and new customers. Creation and publication of all marketing material in line with marketing plans. Plan and implement promotional campaigns. Cooperate with Sales Manager to plan and organize sales promotional activities. Organize regular meetings with management to discuss about business updates, issues and opportunities. Evaluate existing business procedures and recommend improvements.
Create and manage Kidzania theme park new entertainment activities from conception to launch. Develop and refresh 75 different activity scripts for KidZania Kuwait while taking consideration KidZania values & vision and Kuwait. Plan and implement strategies to achieve constant improvements in visitor satisfaction. Overseeing the effective application of health and safety regulations and risk assessment to ensure a safe environment for the park. Prepare a variable program with the most important events in KidZania and Kuwait. Organize, manage and implement events and shows from scratch. Handling the Artistic Department and trained over 60 artistic staff in different artistic establishments. Evaluated 300 staff to supervise the correct implementation and conformity to the concept and its activities within each of the establishments. Identifies staff development and training needs and ensures that training is obtained.
Responsible for the production of events from conception through to completion of birthday parties and events at the three zones. Calculated a budget for propose events. Managing details like arranging the schedule, selecting entertainment speaker, creating and distributing marketing materials (invitations, flyers, advertisements). Contacting press media and inviting them to attend and publish all our events. Preparing event reports. Providing guidance and information pertaining to the event to the clients. Scheduling events and coordinating appointments. Buying supplies for the birthday parties from different places in Kuwait and China.
Works with President’s Office on approving Fulbright applicants for AUK affiliation. Insures accuracy of information on the Center in the AUK catalogue and website. Assists in development of brochures, banners, and other informational material. Collects and compiles data, prepares reports, maintains records and documents Organize lectures and suggests potential speakers. Publicizes events via email, bulletin boards, and mail boxes at appropriate time. Designs poster for event.
Develop marketing plan to follow up during the conference period. Contact all press and magazines inside & outside Kuwait. Write invitations and press releases for the press. Email engineers around the world and write an invitation. Create brochures and posters. Generate complex and specialized correspondence, articles, memos, orders, reports, forms, or other relevant materials. Responsible for promoting and educating consumers about KSE conference and services.
Performs administrative and office support activities for multiple supervisors. Setup and coordinate meetings and conferences. Support staff in assigned project based work.
