Company Profile: A Finland based multinational company, a leading provider in marine market, manufacturing of Diesel engines. Widely used for Captive Power plants for industrial applications and Main engines for ship propulsion.
Responsibilities
Reporting to Manager Field Service, responsible for supporting all functions of after sales service domain. i.e. yearly spares budget for all customers, service forecasting, scope & spares finalization, preparation of offers, execution of work orders, reporting & invoice preparation.
Leading a team of service engineers to complete the service job (in industrial & marine applications) within the specified time.
To carry out servicing and trouble shooting of Wartsila make propulsion & PLC systems.
Maintaining overhauling, commissioning report and preparing documentation as per ISO requirements.
Reconditioning, technical support and operational support
Training Attend: 1. Complete Package of Controllable Pitch Propeller (including PLC)
2. Complete Package of Bow Thruster (including PLC)

Responsibilities

Work as an Engineer for carrying out dredging equipment overhauls, like Sand (centrifugal) pumps, Gearbox, Bearing block, Hydraulic cylinder’s, Cutter shafts etc. and also the commissioning of equipments. And leading a team to complete the job within a specified time.
Maintaining overhauling, commissioning report and preparing documentation.

Completed Diploma with 86% and got the honors.
