Oversee All Mechanical Projects from tendering, to supplying staff and materials through work phases to commissioning and defect liability period.
Responsible for preparing bills, ensuring records (tools, materials and staffs) are documented.
Compile and analize data from surveys, briefs, studies and inventories to monitor progress on site.
Preparing RFI and Coordinate with the clients for final inspection, acceptance and approval
Review of contractors’ method statements submitted before commencing the activities on site, review of drawings and material submittals for compliance with project specification.
Prepare non-conformance / compliance reports and follow-up for close out.
