Establishing and maintaining department records; tracking department funds, grants and purchasing;
compiling reports; ensuring compliance of department records with mandated requirements; and monitoring assigned projects and/or program components.
* Compiling data (e.g. Labor Law Provisions, vendor information, budget, personnel records, etc.) for the purpose of preparing reports or processing requests.
* Coordinating assigned audit projects and/or program components (e.g. arrangements for conferences and meetings, and travel requirements; contract preparation, report card forms, etc.) for the purpose of completing activities and/or delivering services in compliance with established guidelines.
* Maintaining a variety of manual and electronic documents files and records (e.g. department databases, calendars, work orders, time sheets, expense reimbursement requests, etc.) for the purpose of providing up-to-date information and/or historical reference in accordance with established administrative guidelines and legal requirements.
* Monitoring a variety of activities (e.g. status of state curriculum guidelines on website, budget line expenditures, etc.) for the purpose of ensuring that financial practices are followed and in compliance with district policies.
* Supporting Auditors and liaising closely with the Audit Director for the purpose of providing assistance with Audit functions.
* Performing other related duties as assigned for the purpose of ensuring the efficient and effective functioning of the work unit.
Responsible for managing organization's sales, marketing and branding activities also defining the department's monthly, quarterly and annual goals and making sure that sales and marketing objectives align with overall company goals
* Surveying Sales and Merchandising, and reporting day to day activity to reach to the ultimate goals
* Maintaining full support of market communication POSM and collaterals for Mass Resellers

Customer Service Representative (Organizer)
Interacting with Presenters, Guests and accommodating them in the sessions and organizing the hotel and travel arrangements to facilitate our guests
* Attending delegates and presenters and confirming presenter attendance to reduce any time delays
* Registering the speakers and receiving speakers biography to store the data for the convenience
* Requesting and reviewing oral/visual presentation from presenters
* Sending appreciation letters to participants and coordinating session presentations
