I manage the IT department which has 3 Technical Support people and outsource DBA and we serve 16 branches within the country...for further information kindly look at my resume.
I worked individually in IT Department into the center contains about 50 users. I mainly respond to queries in a timely and accurate manner and resolving issues to meet the user’s satisfaction.
Duties:
•Responsible for diagnosing & resolving hardware, software & end user problems.
•Acting as the first point of contact for all IT & technical queries.
•Working within a TCP/IP network environment, including DHCP, DNS and Ethernet.
•Involved in the rollout of software updates and patches through WSUS.
•Investigate specialist and complex IT support issues.
•Maintaining a wide range of computer hardware and software programs.
•Deploying new hardware, server backups.
•In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Windows client operating systems, XP, Vista / Windows7 & Microsoft Office up to Office 2010.
•Provide troubleshooting and configuration support for client desktop and networking environment.
I was the person who responsible to all technical operations in the company, main duties as follow :
monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks.
troubleshooting system and network problems and solving hardware/software faults.
setting up new user accounts and profiles also dealing with password issues.
Working with server 2003/2008 (WDS, WSUS, Domain Controllers.....etc).
I had a small company for computers, devices and servers.
