Receive customers numbers for next day from the from disk of the diving center, inform boat captain's of net days situation, make sure of what the boats' of the diving center needs to operate for the next day based on number of customers on board and this includes ( Food, Drinks, Equipment, Fuel and other stuff might be needed). Report to Purchasing department, and receive confirmation from them about purchasing or non purchasing stuff. Make sure that the Diving center, daily diving boats and safari diving boats are equipped with enough of food, drinks, diving equipment, scuba tanks and fuel enough to operate for excepted customers.
Book keeping, cash receiving from sales representatives and customers . manage petty cash and report daily and monthly to operation and accountant director in the company
