February 2013 To February 2016: Developer Trainer Supervisor and Technical Support - Royal Commission for Jubail and Yanbu, Jubail Industrial City, Saudi Arabia
With four main functions:
1-Oracle Supervisor:
A key person for Oracle Applications for both Financial Model and HR Model as well as the supervisor in the department and coaching users for R12 oracle. Also, the developer for the oracle systems and coordinating between the department and Information Technology Department.
2-Budget and expenditures Monitor for Consultant Contract (Bechtel):
A key person who negotiate and review reports and requests from Bechtel to Royal Commission related to the yearly budget needs and expenditures for HR and other costs inside KSA or outside kingdom such as fees for the consultation services.
3-Technical Support for Finance and Budget Department:
A key person who supports all employees in the department starting with director to the lowest position, where supports include ( training, explaining, consulting, solving problems in their job, helping them to improve their tasks process, and other assistants).
4-Job Management Procedure (JMP) updater and creating new JMPs for the Department:
A quality procedure controller for all JMPs related to Finance and Budget Department tasks. Basic functions review and update old procedures as well as developing new 9 procedures with direct cooperation with quality manger of Bechtel Mr. Bruce Trunt.
Mainly responsible for monitoring expenditures of the capital programs plans (P&C, EPC Contracts) executed along with Bechtel's program management Team. I am involved in setting up budgets distribution and allocations plan, monitoring & controlling expenditures plan of an overall programs, a multi-billions U.S dollar with Industrial City Expansion (10, 000 Hectares) in Jubail, Saudi Arabia. It is the largest engineering project at one place in the world.
In general, 145 to 190 EPC/P&C construction contracts scheduled to be active in each year's work plan. Each work plan has annual spending of more than 1.5 Billion USD.
Scope of contracts in this world’s largest industrial city expansion consists of infrastructure works for complete industrial & residential zones that includes site developments of petrochemical, oil & gas, seawater cooling, pipeline corridors, port expansions, electrical substations, roads, highways, rail, residential communities (districts development & housing), and public & recreation facilities
Prepare and monitor expenditures related to the consultant contract for Royal Commission with Arabian Bechtel Company. Also, Working as a coordinator between RC an Bechtel and that helps me to enhance my experience in dealing with different professionals employees in different fields and from many countries . Also, the key person who deal with Oracle and make sure all budgets and change requests for all contracts are reflected in The system (ERP) (Enterprise Resources & Planning), it is an Oracle Application.
Preparing related costs for operations and maintenance contracts for Royal Commission. Also, responsible for executing and monitoring the expenditures with direct coordinating with stakeholders and issuing BMR (Budget Monitoring Report) every month. Also, handling the budget for the consultant (Arabian Bechtel Company) contract. By preparing the estimated costs for multi-national employees, materials requests and other related tasks.
Preparing reports and proposing new projects for the manager of planning and information section, responsible of creating unique contract numbers for infrastructure projects, operation and maintenance contracts, purchase and engineering contracts. Improving department databases programs and insure the integrity of the data. Also, I created a database in Microsoft Access to retrieve all Royal Commission contracts numbers, descriptions and other important information.
Responsible of putting the strategy and improving the systems of warehouse strategy and supplies for shops for the brand name “the Body Shop” as well controlling the inventory in warehouses and shops. Also, responsible of ordering products from London and distributing products to all shops. Responsible for organizing new main warehouse in Dammam and managing the movement to the new warehouse to minimize the costs of transportations and distributing the goods.
