Gather business requirements from different stakeholders and shape them in a clear way to deliver them to the IT

• Continuous testing of new releases on the online channels and report the issues to the appropriate teams to ensure
resolution

• Conduct wider research on technology trends to ensure knowledge is up to date with the wider industry
Research and study Management Consulting
• Assist Senior Consultants in conducting Feasibility study
• Assist in writing Operational manual, Procurement manual, Logistics and Warehousing manual.
• Assist in creating surveys for the specified groups.
• Cost and Benefit Analysis
Assist in research for developing a new bachelor’s degree for the university in Supply Chain Management
• Responsible for Production & Operations management class.
• Grading papers and exams
