Managing End to End supply chain for Egypt & Near east.
· Implement procurement process as per the MRP outputs & following the delivery of materials to CMO.
· Leading S&OP process in monthly basis via cross function team.
· Leadership on short-term tactics as well as on long-term strategies ensures that every CMO contributes
to achieving the commercial targets and strategic objectives.
· Review P&L for selected portfolio to ensure following the OB cost.
· Co-ordination of required activities across the local distributor & the legal dep to ensure delivery of the
required document.
· Development and execution of manufacturing and supply plans and meet market demand for product
and meet or exceed supply performance targets.
· Collaborate with stakeholders globally including but not limited to Product Portfolio Leaders, Brand
Supply leaders, Commercial, Business Development.
· Review of the status of deviations which impact or may affect product supply, lead closure of
investigations that have not been properly addressed by the CMO.
· Oversee and secure timely execution of new product introduction, launch, process changes (including
changes of materials and API), product enhancement, and product transfer programs.
· Ensure that product supply, quality, compliance, and cost issues are adequately addressed.

Leading S&OP process & review the demand & forecast with sales team & discuss the forecast accuracy
& fidelity to improve the performance.
· Create Supply Plans for FG & optimize daily, weekly, monthly supply planning processes & ensure with
the factory to deliver on time.
· Conduct Rough Cut Capacity Planning with relevant stakeholders to find the bottlenecks' & get the best
solution.
· Taking the lead of any NPD to ensure launching on time & balancing the materials to avoid any SLOB.
· Taking the lead for any new project's implementation & new KPI's following.

Management of end to end supply chain.
• Working closely with the sales team, producing accurate forecasts.
• Stock and inventory management
• Management of third party logistics provider, setting KPIs and managing performance.
• Follow up on delivery of goods as per agreed upon plan.
• Minimization of provision and write off costs.
• Monthly analysis for the corrective and preventive actions
• Master Data Maintenance.
• Forecasting & Demand Planning Analysis of historical trends and correction of errors.
• Set inventory targets (finished goods) per country and per plant and/or co-manufacturers/co-packers in the region. Set maximum inventory levels according to approved targets.
• Monitor Country total inventories against target and the region’s maximum inventory level.
• Lead Country inventory target setting strategy ensuring finished goods optimization while retaining the overriding requirement to deliver against the agreed KPIs supporting the region’s Category business plan.
• Support the development of product supply processes in the region.
• Present the monthly shortfall for the required materials
• Run Weekly & daily production schedule for the production
• Review daily achievements & monitor the root causes
• Support new products developments
• Determining the No of labors as TAKT time for each line
• Using SAP to rum MRP & control the work station loading

Plan inventory levels and locations and execute all forecasting and planning programs.
• Maintain optimal level of performance within required budget and ensure compliance to all standard projects.
• Obtain and monitor all planning process through ISO
• Review MRP and MPS as a monthly plan and find the suitable solutions for RCCP bottlenecks
• Present the monthly shortfall for the required materials
• Run Weekly & daily production schedule for the production
• Review daily achievements & monitor the root causes
• Support new products developments
• Enhance all machines OEE & review all machines speed
• Determining the No of labors as TAKT time for each line
• Enhance the inventory level, safety stocks as the WH capacity

Managing 3rd party production to cover new products

Break down the production plan into weekly and daily loading
• Conduct warehouse inventory check to report on &record AVA of parts a& components
• Drafts production plans according to engineering blueprint, drawing specification and inventory parts
• Liaise with sales & technical DEP. To develop projects
• Set project start dates % estimate the lead time and the end time
• Select and dived parts utilization pertaining to project and production plans
• Conduct daily follow up for production plans according to machines capacities and the TAKT time
• Ensure the finish product is done and to analyze the breakdowns
• Check and create the RCCP to explain the bottlenecks
• Create the MRP, PR and follow with suppliers to deliver in time

- Implement monthly, and weekly master production schedules (MPS) according to the sales requirements taking in consideration market priorities, and the production lines capacities.
- Monitoring inventories of raw materials, and finish products.
- Implement the monthly materials requirements plans (MRP), and the purchasing orders (PO) to the company local suppliers to get our requirements of raw materials.
- Calculate manual cycle time and TAKT time for each production station to get optimum m/cs and manpower utilization.
- In contact with the suppliers to follow up the raw materials and packing materials delivery process.
- Monitoring overall equipments efficiency (OEE) to update production lines capacities.
- Coordinate the daily shipping process of our products to the local branches, and the export shipments according to the sales orders.
- Following the production process to be sure from raw materials and packing materials availability to fulfill the shipping schedules.
- Monitoring and control the consumption rates of raw materials to minimize the waste as possible.
- Prepare the monthly suppliers evaluation report according to the suppliers' performance during the month (Delivery dates, quantities, and quality approval/rejection reports ….etc).
- Negotiate with the suppliers to get the best prices, required quality, and delivery time.
- Prepare the monthly production plan adherence (PPA) report
