Budget Planning & Control

 Prepare the annual budget &capital plan of the production.

 Monitor Financial performance versus the budget so that the business is aware of anticipated costs/revenues and areas of unsatisfactory performance are identified.

Waste Reduction (Lean Manufacturing)

 Productivity,
1. eliminate non-added value activities and streamline value added activities.

 Head Count Reduction,
1. Develop standard cycle time for the activities of each job, and the number of headcount needed to perform each job.
2. Work with each department head to improve the skills &productivity of his subordinates.
3. Work with each department head to improve the flow of the material through the value stream map.

 Energy Consumption,
1. improve furnace utilization, coordinate with production department the actions, and projects that improve the energy consumption.

 Quality Losses
1. Ensure all activities within the value stream map are performed according to the pre-determined standards (SOPs, QA/QC plans and procedures, etc...). Improve the skill matrix and discipline of the employees.

 Manufacturing Cost,
1. develop a continuous improvement system to reduce /eliminate the inefficient use of the materials, spare parts.

 Raw & packing material losses
1. eliminate waste of Raw Materials during handling. And improve the packing configuration to reduce the cost of packaging materials.

 Usage of Casual Labor,
1. Develop DMS for non-MGM employees. SOPs, Task matrix, employment application, budget.



 Recycling,

1. Work with cullet plant, and batch house team to improve the quality of the cullet to increase the quantity used in batch to improve the energy consumption.
