We work in a multi-national integrated operator within the Customer Management department; and responsible for systems related to CRM, Billing, E-Payments, Loyalty Management with the following responsibilities:
- Build integration strategies between the systems making sure optimizing the best practices and state of the art technologies.
- Developing and customize Enterprise applications.
- Analyze the business requirements for new applications and new features for existing applications.
- Acting as project manager to manage new projects, and a contact person to coordinate between different departments in the company and the external vendors.
- Review and evaluate proposals and plans.
- Provide a support to the business and other teams to solve the problems in the existing tools.
