Install, administer and support Windows 2K3 Network Infrastructure that is based on Dell and Hp/Compaq Servers. Provide overall technical support assistance to the entire LAN and computer labs. Configure network services and maintain software packages. Configure network devices such as routers, switches, and hubs of Cisco, 3Com. Administer LAN activities such as creating user IDs, maintaining the critical back-up records, providing support for applications and printers, applying group policies to restrict the range of control for standard users, and maintaining DHCP and DNS records.
