Building, configuring, patching, upgrading, and
troubleshooting of physical and virtual servers and Cloud
infrastructure.
• Administered VMware vSphere environment for all corporate
and DR sites.
• Monitored organization’s infrastructure for security breaches
and investigated violations.
• Conduct proactive monitoring, investigation, and mitigation of
security incidents through EDR, Antivirus, Antimalware, Threat
Analytics and Threat intelligence tools.
Administer and maintain infrastructure servers (Domain
Controller, Exchange Server, File & Web Server, ERP Server, Time
& attendance server and backup Server) and other network
and VoIP equipment.
• Design and organize the system network and ensure proper
functioning of the network (Switches, Access Points, VPNs,

• Monitors and Secure network performance Through Sophos
(UTM).
• Create and implement backup jobs using Symantec Backup
Exec.
• Reviews and maintains technology maintenance and annual
license agreements and prepares budget projections,
operating plans and funding requests.
• Installations & troubleshooting of both Hardware and Software.
• Provide technical support to the end users.
• Purchase of new hardware and provides technical assistance
to the procurement.
Handle all the workshop operations and activities.
• Managing and supervising the outdoor preventive
maintenance contracts.
• Leading the maintenance team.
• Assigning jobs to the workshop Technicians.
• Interview and train the new workshop staff.
• Produce performance and evaluation reports to the CEO.
• Follow up with the VIP customers.
