• Involved in projects related to Oracle Financials implementation, Oracle Payroll, HRMS projects.
• Manage the preparation and participate in end user systems testing. Ensure results of testing meet functional requirements as specified by IT. Developing, testing, migrating, documenting, and maintaining applications.
• Installing, configuring and maintaining multiple web servers as needed for production, development and testing.
• Performs administrative support tasks in supported applications, such as setting up news as well as changing/troubleshooting user and system settings authorities for existing users.
• Monitor overall performance of all support applications regarding response times, issues or problems.
• Participates in team meetings and identifies ideas for improvements.
• Work with system administrators to ensure backup and recovery procedures are in place.

• Perform database backup and recovery tasks using Oracle RMAN and VERITAS software.
• Plan and implement disaster recovery solutions.
• Use Oracle Enterprise Manager and Quest Central tools.
• Prepare the data conversion plans and execute the data conversions.
• Transfer and replicate data between servers.
• Analyze the user requirements and prepare the data security implementation plan.
• Implement security procedures to protect database resources from unauthorized use.
• Create physical databases using logical data model diagrams.
• Prepare scripts for database creation from physical data model.
• Create and maintain database objects such as tables, triggers, stored procedures, etc.
• Plan and create elements for physical database objects.
• Establish and enforce standards for database server objects.

Responsible for the following:-
• Maintenance for all the network sites and equipments.
• Fault and performance monitoring. Ensures spontaneous reporting and intervention to minimize down time.
