Develop and manage relationships with insurance companies.
* Negotiate with insurance companies for best policy terms and conditions, as well as
rates and commissions.
* Keep updated on market changes and regulations, and ensure full compliance.
* Review proposals and quotations and make sure it adapts to client needs.
* Assist the sales team in client visits until closing of deals whenever required.
* Provide information to the sales team about the prevailing underwriting guidelines of
various insurance companies.
* Performs any other tasks and duties as requested by management.
* Communicate to the sales team the required documents and info for each insurance
product (i.e. proposal form, clauses, product information, etc.).
* Prepare/review proposals and quotations and make sure it adapts to client needs.
* Underwrite all motor classes within authority levels, risk appetite by using insurance
companies online portals.
* Oversee issuance of quotations, negotiate & take decisions on business transactions in
line with underwriting guidelines.
* Assist the sales team in client visits until closing of deals whenever required.
* Keep detailed records of all policies underwritten and decisions made.
* Provide information to the sales team about the prevailing underwriting guidelines of
various insurance companies.
* Performs any other tasks and duties as requested by management.
* Assisting in preparing brokerage slips (Property, Casualty, Liabilities and Marine).

Drafting insurance contracts and terms (Property, Casualty, Liabilities and Marine).
* Appraising Insurance claims.
* Procuring insurance services and obtaining quotes.
* Managing Insurance Policies and coordinating with Insurers.
* Identifying risks exposures and required coverage.
* Preparing and updating insurance policies, strategic objectives.
* Account management of key broker produced business.
* Prepare brokers agreement, and set appropriate premiums and rates.
* Supervise, control and evaluate the processing of policies underwriting.
* Communicate with various office departments, other branches and head office
whenever required.
* Maintain effective liaison with clients and prospective customers in order to promote
the company’s business In addition to provide a high level of customer service and
satisfaction.
* Coordinate with IT in order to enhance and support system.
* Provide technical support and guidance to colleagues upon referral.
* Underwrite all motor classes within authority levels, risk appetite and performance
guidelines.
