6-Supervisor for all subcontractors in the 4th Ring Road Project from Al-Madinah Road to Old Makkah- Jeddah Road, such as:
a- FREYSSINET SAUDI ARABIA (French Company): MSE walls (Mechanically Stabilized Earth) - gravity structures consisting of a composite of granular back-fill and layers of high-tenacity, synthetic strip connected to precast concrete facing panels. This system used extensively as retaining walls for highways, seawalls, dams, bulk storage facilities.
b-DYWIDAG-Systems International (German Company): Precast Post-Tensioned Girders for 4 bridges with 4 spans each.
7-Prepared shop drawings for Al-Madinah/4th Ring Road and Al-Faiha bridges. A total of four post-tensioned precast I girder bridges with four spans for each bridge including the following main elements:
a-Full height abutments and abutments on columns.
b-Precast Post-Tensioned Girders of 36.7m, 35.76m, 29.75m, and 29.16m spans.
c-Three-column and four-column piers with tapered and straight bent caps on spread footing with total heights of 16.2m and 11.9m.
d-Elastomeric steel reinforced bearing pads.
e-Fill embankments retained by MSE walls (earth reinforcement) of about 500mX4 walls.
8-Designed and prepared shop drawings as per MOT Standards for 40 box culverts ranging from 2 to 6 openings and lengths form 140m to 600m.
9-Designed and prepared shop drawings for lightening pole footings and supervised their casting and pole mounting.
10-Proposed traffic detour plans according to MOT standards during project implementation period.
11-Assigned as vice project manager in the company own ERB system.
