In the meantime, the Supervisor purchases team works on the Bidder/ Tenderer/ Scope of work review, works on the etimad platform, ERP system, And Purchasing process as the request for proposal - quotation - information - purchase order - supplier negotiations & evaluation, contracts preparation, and review, prepare notification letter - delivery receiving committee, working on strategy and planning purchasing, Reports, follow up projects, follow up contracts during implementation and find Solutions to help the Project move smoothly (win-win cases between the supplier and project manager), Solutions maker, follow up payments with the finance department, follow up with the project management office, follow up with the legal department, follow up the notes and report from the supervision audit, review Information process purchasing and contracts department document & Paperwork, participating in committees for procurement, train new employees..
I started as Administrative Assistant with traditional secretary tasks. I had the chance to perform Procurement tasks where I learnt the procurement processes. I worked to do a diploma and training courses in Purchasing, then I was promoted to Procurement Specialist.
