back filling, milling & paving.
• Prepare the Scope of Work (SOW), Project Implementation Plan (PIP) & Work Breakdown Structure
(WBS).
• Hold meetings with consultants and other Stake holders for Project Progress.
• Prepare Technical Questionnaire for the Project Kick-off.
• Make Risk assessment and recommend strategies to mitigate any contractual risks.
• Manage project Schedules and Budgets.
• Review Designs and obtain ROW permits for operations.
• Monitor the Project progress and prepare timely progress reports.
• Prepare Profit & Loss (P&L) Report for the project
Major achievements:
• Completion of the project within the Time Frame.
• Delivered PPT Presentations on behalf of the company in various meeting with Cooperation council for
Arab States of the Gulf, inside KSA and internationally in Kuwait, Oman, & UAE.
To implement effective CAT6, CAT 6A, and Fiber optic cabling and labelling solution based on NIC
standards.
• To provide cabling associated OSP works as required on sites
• Implementation of cabling and labelling based on MOI requirements on a fast-track fashion as it is specified
by NIC project team.
